modern facilities central location free snacks
The room had modern facilities in an amazing location. It was walkable to many attractions and close to public transport.. The staff went out of their way to assist me, I really appreciated that. The lounge with free all day snacks of pastries and fruit was also a bonus.
The minibar was missing from the room.

i really enjoyed the hotel's location!!! it was so convenient for getting around. i could easily walk to many points of interest and the public transportation was super close. the free teas and coffees on the top floor were an unexpected bonus too, so useful.
The lounge was a bit of a letdown compared to what i expected. one day, my room wasn't cleaned, despite me informing the receptionist. when i followed up that evening, the receptionist was quite unkind. That's not cool. the hotel is pricey, so i anticipated better service.

The room design felt thoughtful and unique. The beds were comfortable, which ensured restful nights. The shared lounge on the top floor included complimentary refreshments. It was a true highlight with its fresh fruit, tea, coffee, and pastries, all available .
I noticed the gym equipment could use some updates.

helpful staff complimentary coffee amazing space
The staff was helpful. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available all day on the 7th floor. The shower offered AMAZING space.
The room had slightly insufficient lighting for my preference.

The front desk staff was AMAZINGLY helpful and kind . They assisted with directions and provided useful tips about local attractions. I felt welcomed each time I interacted with them.
