The room had modern facilities in an amazing location. It was walkable to many attractions and close to public transport.. The staff went out of their way to assist me, I really appreciated that. The lounge with free all day snacks of pastries and fruit was also a bonus.
The minibar was missing from the room.

i really enjoyed the hotel's location!!! it was so convenient for getting around. i could easily walk to many points of interest and the public transportation was super close. the free teas and coffees on the top floor were an unexpected bonus too, so useful.
The lounge was a bit of a letdown compared to what i expected. one day, my room wasn't cleaned, despite me informing the receptionist. when i followed up that evening, the receptionist was quite unkind. That's not cool. the hotel is pricey, so i anticipated better service.
